Options for resolving disputes during the Coronavirus outbreak

It’s a worrying time with Coronavirus making social interactions more difficult and limiting outside travel and meetings.  With more and more people working at home businesses need to consider new ways to have disputes resolved in order to keep cash flow and avoid legal costs escalating without their dispute getting any nearer to a solution.

If you have a dispute and it won’t wait for the Coronavirus to stop, why not consider mediation, adjudication or arbitration (collectively known as “ADR”).
